The Roots of Yoga


The practice of Yoga being passed down through stories and archetypes such as Ganesha or Krishna.  Three forms of yoga Jnana, Karma, and Bhakti that influence what we know as the 8 limbs of yoga, today in modern yoga.  The concept of yoga reaches beyond wearing the stretch pants on the mat and the movement is just one part of the 8 limbs of yoga.  The 8 limbs and sharing the whole experience of what yoga is. Touching upon the yamas, niyamas, pratyahara, raja yoga and samadhi.

Heal Your Skin From Inside Out for Fall
Factors that go into beautiful glowing skin make sure you have your diet dialed in, eat in a way that supports your body, getting rid of food allergens and eliminating sugar when you have acne or eczema.  Sugar is inflammatory and throws off blood sugar balance, dairy contains hormones even if organic. Breakouts on cheekbones is an indicator of dairy sensitivity.  As we get into the winter months, we are prone to dry skin so favor fish oil vegan or algae oil .
