Walking Meditation
​Get ready and tune in to the narrative as we walk together.  This EXPLORATION built for anyone needing a mental break from the day or to move at a moderate pace that is comfortable, all the while practicing the art of being engaged and committing to the present moment.  Four 20 minute sessions exclusive and unlisted via YouTube.  A new session every week.  

Pajama Yoga Nidra
​Set up with your cozy PJ’s, your favorite blanket and clear your space from distractions. This GUIDED MEDITATION is an internal journey to an idle space between sleep and awake.  The experience moves through the different mind fields of consciousness with a body scan, a visual journey and sensation exercises to support deep rest, restoration and healing.  Four 45 minute sessions exclusive and unlisted via YouTube.  A new session every week. 
Sound Bath Healing - 432 Hz
​This signature sound bath uses CRYSTAL BOWLS, deep gong vibrations, and nature sounds for a one-of-a-kind unique experience. 
Relax and listen to the healing crystal bowls that are finely tuned to cleanse, restore balance and equilibrium to specific energy centers that enable mind-body homeostasis.

GROUP SESSIONS
PRIVATE GROUPS - MINIMUM 5 PARTICIPANTS
The session(s) can be designed to SUIT THE NEEDS of your group at the location of your choice.  Choose from any of the following: Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Gentle Yoga, Sound Bath, Nidra, Ayurveda or a COMBINATION.  All classes are geared to service all levels for EVERY BODY with modifications for the beginner or seasoned yogi.

GENTLE YOGA 
​>> For strength, alignment, flexibility, weight loss, detox, focus, mind clarity, tension release and inner peace.
​A perfect session to reset yourself if you are looking to REBALANCE your energies, de-stress or detoxify. Using BREATH work, yoga POSTURES and MEDITATION as tools, in this unique session, we will work towards your body’s ULTIMATE homeostasis. Explore and discover as the flow encourages you to release any blockages. A practical session that is easy to adopt and EVOLVE into your daily living. One that embraces your WHOLE self physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.  A session that offers you a journey back to your true Self.  Open for all levels.
AYURVEDA + YOGA NIDRA
​>> For stress relief, chronic pain, depression, insomnia, weight loss, restoration, recovery, healing and relaxation.
​Your unique PULSE assessment will be the theme for this personal meditational journey that will immerse you into a state of inner calm.   The session is a creative VISUAL exploration that journeys through the different states of mind/body RELAXATION to remove any blockages, or stuck energies to CLEANSE and HEAL. It is done in a reclined position using bolsters, blocks and blankets and a gentle walk into the stillness within.  Allow yourself to SURRENDER into gravity and re-connect back to your natural state of being through this journey. The intention is to guide you back to that HEART space where you feel SAFE, secure and PEACEFUL. No experience necessary. 
AYURVEDA + YOUR DOSHA
>> For lifestyle shifts, developing self love and care daily rituals,  nutrition for your dosha,  returning to your organic nature essentially for optimal self.
An assessment is done through a PULSE READING, tongue assessment,  physical attributes, speech and movement.  The evaluation will help you to understand your UNIQUE CONSTITUTION, imbalance states and how to address your health concerns.  The session will work to target the ROOT CAUSES of imbalances in your current state and make recommendations in nutrition, physical practices, meditation, herbs, and specific routines that support your BEST SELF.
