6:00-7:00 pm

This class will cover AYURVEDA tips to balance for Fall while doing a YIN yoga practice. One of my favorite practices that I have incorporated into my teaching style.  It is a relaxed practice with long holding stretches, considered to be a passive RESTORATIVE experience that uses gravity to let the body melt into a surrendered state for releasing tensions.  This simple practice allows you to feel the depth of each shape in gradual increments encouraging you to yield into stillness.  If you have been over-doing, over-working, impatient and scattered, set yourself up to join in this soulful practice to rejuvenate and re-center yourself.

The PERFECT class to soothe the unsettled VATA energies as we approach the holidays. Bring your own mat or rent a mat at the studio for $1.   Space is limited to 10 people.

Our attention span has shrunk by 50% less over the past decade due to information overload and stress. The average person has an attention span of 8 seconds before moving on to the next. This class specially tailored for the younger munchkins in the generation Z range to empower them with focus, self-acceptance, calming and mindfulness. The first half of the class focuses on the breath with child friendly yoga postures and the second half a seated guided meditation.
