Yoga Nidra + Crystal Bowl Sound Healing

This spiritual journey is one that integrates Yoga Nidra, a GUIDED meditation, and crystal bowl sound HEALING.  You will be led through the practice with methods used to assist you in RELEASING tensions that lie deep within the physical and energetic bodies by surfing through the theta wave frequencies. There is no way to do the practice wrong, and you will be encouraged to lay down COMFORTABLY on a mat.  During the meditation, GENTLE sound rhythms of the crystal bowls synchronize with the narrative WELCOMING you to experience TRANSCENDENCE for deep relaxation and self-restoration.  The second half will be a pure sound bath allowing the angelic vibrations to encourage one to surrender into the inner SANCTUARY. Treat yourself to RELAX, restore, and heal for optimal wellness.   Access the return back to a HEARTFELT place to find peace, balance and harmony from your highest SOURCE.

Ayurveda Yoga and Yoga Nidra

Picture

Have you ever had a day where you felt extra productive, focused, and full of energy? Yet another day you may have experienced lethargy, brain-fog, and heaviness?

Learn natural ways to cool your body,  relax the racing mind, and tap into your innate sense of calm for clarity, focus and energy.

In the ancient system of Ayurveda, the 'Science of Life,'  we have that innate ability to empower ourselves to live in a balanced way through our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies. Utilizing this 5,000 year old wisdom with natural methods, we can tap into our inner pharmacy to cultivate choices that complement everyday living in our best and healthiest self.  In the summer,  practicing cooling routines that calm our overzealous passions, and heated body are recommended otherwise, feeling impatient, short tempered reactions, inflammations in the body or skin irritations can rise up.

Together, we will do breathwork, and specific yoga postures all the while learning about this amazing sister science of yoga.
The second half of the class will be a guided meditation, in a reclined position.  This special journey will help you to release any blocked energies, anxieties or stress patterns.

Open to all levels with easy to follow postures and flow.
This workshop presented to you by Paula Celzo and Joelle Ng.

Investment:  Early bird $25 (by 8/2/19) ; Day of $35

International Yoga Day Event

Picture
Let’s celebrate a historic event honoring the ancient body-mind-spirit practice of yoga. We’ll watch an aerial yoga demonstration and listen to Sanskrit mantras typically used in yoga. Everyone will be invited onto mats to sample several different yoga styles. And we’ll meet and greet over refreshments and Indian pupus.

Originating in India, yoga goes back thousands of years. Modern research shows that yoga adds significantly to our quality of life when done regularly with proper technique. Studies repeatedly show that yogic postures enhance body functionality, while breathing slowly in a relaxed manner, can slow our heart rate. Focusing the mind cultivates mental peace and deep insight.

Hoʻoponopono Cacao Ceremony

Hāʻaleʻale i ka puʻuwai | Let your heart overflow with love

A guided experience facilitated by Kealapono Richardson and Joelle Ng + TogetherWExpand.comIndigenous legends remind us that in times of need, the Spirit of Cacao descends from deep within the rainforest to awaken our hearts and restore harmony to the planet. Come live this legend with us as we merge the Spirit of Cacao with the Aloha Spirit that lives within our hearts. A weaving of spirit to create the essence of regenerative yin that acts upon us like a healing balm to our hearts & souls.

Hoʻoponopono is an ancient practice passed down from the wisdom of our Hawaiian ancestors. It is a practice of understanding, forgiveness, and love that allows us to empty ourselves of things that weigh us down and heavy our hearts—an opportunity to resolve and make things right.

We offer Hoʻoponopono on the Full Moon Equinox with a Ceremonial Grade Tanzanian Cacao. Ceremonial cacao is a heart opener and enables us to awaken to the innate connection we have with nature. Blended with a community of medicinal mushrooms, a remedy for the pericardium, the heart protector—we create a symbiosis between plant and fungi spirits. All together, we awaken the gifts stored within our hearts, and lay the energetic foundation we wish to live by.
