A user friendly class that welcomes you to 'go-at your-own-pace.' It is a feel good yoga class with mindful breathing and gentle movements, with options to build further into each posture. Frequented by friendly regular participants, it is a unique gathering and joyful experience each time.

This is an open level class with a gentle slow flow for stress relief, to relax the body and to induce a good nights rest. A mini sound bath at the end of class. Mats, blocks, straps and blankets are available in the studio. *Proof of vaccination required by the studio. |
This class fosters the mind, body balance through conscious movement and syncopated breath work. A soulful practice that enables you to self-study and explore the sensations and feelings that surface from the underlying mental and emotional currents. An opportunity to purify and stabilize intensities and rest to the calm within.

Open for all levels. An unwinding practice to release tension from your muscles and calm the over-thinking mind. This practice is works to free accumulated knots in the body and any underlying blockages in the subtle layers to support mental clarity and balance.
