Hatha Yoga – This class fosters the mind, body balance through mindful breathwork, asana and meditation. A soulful practice moving through the energy system of the Chakra’s this class is designed with basic postures with fluid movements which are user friendly for the beginner while the seasoned practitioner will be offered options to build upon.
Yoga Stretch - All levels welcome! This class is an easy flow with modifications offered to expand on each posture. An unwinding practice to release tension from your muscles, calm the over-thinking mind and to re-center yourself for physical fluidity, clarity, and an overall sense of joy. A friendly group of regular participants makes the class fun and something to look forward to weekly.
Cooking Live with Joelle - An interactive session in the kitchen fostering thoughtful cooking and a shared gathering. Using Ayurveda principles, Joelle explains the benefits of the ingredients while demonstrating each step. A friendly get together which turns into a lighthearted conversation that infuses each dish with love, the most important ingredient of it all.
Pajama Yoga Nidra – Set up with your cozy PJ’s, your favorite blanket and clear your space from distractions. In this guided meditation, Joelle will walk you into an idle state in between sleep and awake. This practice surfs through the different mind fields of consciousness with a body scan, a visual journey and sensation exercises.
Soundbath – Set yourself up for a listening experience with soundwaves of various impressions. Joelle’s signature soundbath uses crystal bowls, deep gong vibrations, and nature sounds for a one-of-a-kind unique therapy supports restoring conditions for the mind and body.
