Your unique PULSE assessment will be the theme for this personal meditational journey that will immerse you into a state of inner calm. The session is a creative VISUAL exploration that journeys through the different states of mind/body RELAXATION to remove any blockages, or stuck energies to CLEANSE and HEAL. It is done in a reclined position using bolsters, blocks and blankets and a gentle walk into the stillness within. Allow yourself to SURRENDER into gravity and re-connect back to your natural state of being through this journey. The intention is to guide you back to that HEART space where you feel SAFE, secure and PEACEFUL. No experience necessary.

In this session, expect to talk about yourself with a review of your medical history and daily lifestyle routines. An assessment is done through a pulse reading, tongue assessment, physical attributes, speech and movement. The evaluation will help you to understand your unique constitution, imbalance states and how to address your health concerns. The session will work to target the root causes of imbalances in your current state and make recommendations in nutrition, physical practices, meditation, herbs, and specific routines that support your best self.
