Your unique pulse assessment will be the theme for this personal meditational journey that will immerse you into a state of inner calm. The session is a creative visual exploration that journeys through the different states of mind/body relaxation to remove any blockages, or stuck energies to cleanse and heal. It is done in a reclined position using bolsters, blocks and blankets and a gentle walk into the stillness within. Allow yourself to surrender into gravity and re-connect back to your natural state of being through this journey. The intention is to guide you back to that heart space where you feel safe, secure and peaceful-your home.

This class specially tailored for the younger munchkins in the generation Z range to empower them with focus, self-acceptance, calming and mindfulness. The first half of the class focuses on the breath with child friendly yoga postures and the second half a seated guided meditation.

This convenient class comes to your office or group space providing 45 minutes of class time.
